A Little of This and A Little Of That

I know, it has been TOO long since my last post. It’s not that I have had time or that I don’t have anything to say……I just haven’t put pen to paper fingers to keyboard. Therefore, as the title suggests, there will be a little of this and a little of that.

Back on May 10, it was a glorious day in our little household. My sweet husband’s birthday! Mady and I spent part of the day at his office. She actually sang Happy Birthday to him (in a quiet sort of way).

His gift was something he really, really wanted and guess who else loves it? Thanks Apple!

Later in the week we went to the Lookout’s baseball game. Mady was in heaven with her GrandBob, Lulu, Nana and Aunt Bev. Oh what a great time we had!

This week we made a visit to Barnes and Noble and got in on a little story time, lunch at Abuelo’s, a visit to Guitar Center (this can be dangerous for those who know my spouse) and finally a short visit to the park on the river. The munchkin of the group had a GREAT time at all four places!DSC_2625 DSC_2635

Letting Lulu take “creative” pictures can be annoying (thank you Mady).

And finally, a little picture and then the rest of the story……..

Mady: Lulu, make me a dress.
Lulu: Ok.
Then Traci (Mady’ mom/my daughter) told her to go look at herself in the mirror. Upon returning….
Mady: (pointing at Lulu) You be God and I’ll be Jesus!

I just love you Mady!
