When we slipped into the car this morning it was 54 degrees and misting. We drove to Cades Cove, prepared to put the top down and we did. We actually put the top down. The mist was minimal and the occasional tree canopy helped to protect us. Left and right clouds rolled in, sometimes obscuring mountains in the distance. Pure beauty.
We left the Cove heading to the Foothills Parkway, roof in the up position. Once our journey began on the parkway, yes, we put the top down once again. Now it was 45 degrees with medium mist. This was our view.
See, the roof/top was really down!
We were both covered….head to toe.
See it really was 45 degrees!
We had an AWESOME anniversary weekend! I love my Captain!

Fog is an unknown element to us desert rats. So the photos were intriguing and mysterious. Can't believe you had the top down! xoxo Amy (desert rat)
